I mean it depends how you interpret it, in manga it's usually played as "I'm so horny I want to climax regardless of my partner's plea"

But in my experience it's moreso wanting to push the limits of my partner a little bit because their overstimulated reactions are arousing.

There's a murky difference between refusing to stop and teasing as it can get lost in context easily. Remember kids properly understand communication during sex and understand it's a two way act.
