For those confused.

Umeko was on Bali, but stalking them and Makoto noticed her hiding behind building, which he figured as hallucinations.

You can notice in ch20 Sakura casually smoking, that was Umeko all along, she tried to pull Makoto under water.

Umeko was on the "date" with Makoto and Kurahashi in Yogyakarta temple, basically repeating everything during their time together.

Only time Sakura was Sakura is during girls drinking, that's when she started to Time Slip abruptly, you can see that Sakura doesn't have black tank top shirt underneath but Umeko is wearing it, that isn't artists mistake.
She ain't hammered either.

See, my interpretation is/was that as she got older she started Time Slipping backwards as well so while her younger self slipped forward - the younger version of her being the one we're interacting with the most and the one that grew up being the "Sakura Look-Alike" he dated in College and the one that pulled him into the water and Bali was an overlapping point where both were present in the same place at the same time

But I don't think we'd get ever get a really straight answer from the author
