Not gonna lie and I'm not trying to being edgy for this but... Hinawari kicking the bucket is the best thing that could happen to the MC, I mean, Himawari is applying a harmful version of Little Busters to the MC.

It's weird because, you know who's causing all this confusing crap going around, and yet that person was in a vegetative, chronically ill state probably from the very beginning.

Like yeah, sucks for whatever happened that got you into that state, but when you decide to pull people into fulfilling your wishes against their will, can you still be sympathetic to them after that? Pitiful, sure, but it doesn't excuse what an incredibly selfish action they caused against others.

At this point, MC is better off being with Kaede and wishing Himawari the best from waaaaaaaaaaay afar.

My point exactly, like, it's bad that she is on that state, but c'mon, MC did nothing wrong to deserve that, unless for Himawari, not being the other dude is a sin punished by a thousand loops

Either she has abilities more than time manipulation but reality manipulation or her true ability is to mess with mental states and memories.

Maybe the purpose of the timeloop is she reverses time in this mental world everything she likes not occurs still doesn't explain why no one knows of her except the mc and why him and the other girl were aware of the time loops unless things that accidentally and coincidentally happened.

Starting feel like this series will go a tragic route.

What actually happened:
The three are friends but something happens in 4th grade and Himawari is in a coma. Tsubaki and Ota visit her occasionally to tell her about their lives and Himawari unconsciously remembers everything they talk about. Tsubaki falls in love with Kaede and starts going out with her and eventually tells coma Himawari about it. This makes her snap out of coma and potentilly go insane because she was in love with Tsubaki (while in a coma she fell in love?). Himawari awakens some psychic power bullshit and inserts herself in Tsubakis and Otas lives from the stories they told her, while at the same time, she transfer Tsubakis feelings for Kaede onto herself, erases any memory of them going out and creates memories for herself to fill in the gaps( and in the process deletes 4th grade incident memories for herself?). Timeloop starts here.
From here a lot of things would start to make sense. Tsubaki remebers loops because Himawari wants him to love her and confess so he is the main target of her powers? Once he does the timeloops move forward with the ultimate goal of Tsubaki and Himawari being in love and going out. As for Kaede, she somewhat remembers loops but not completelly because Himawari hates? her for going out with Tsubaki. That is why Kaede was interested in Tsubaki and he was easily falling in love as if remembering it again. Once they start going out again Himawaris false narative start falling apart and she 'fixes' it. Once they bring up the 4th grade incident Himawaris memories fall apart and the world is reset to how it should have been except Tsubaki is the only one who retains flase and loop memories.
Next chapter we will get Himawari waking from the coma with three probable scenarios:
A. Memories of Kaede and Tsubaki going out are still erased. Himawari hides this fact in hopes of going out.
B. Memories of Kaede and Tsubaki going out are still restored for everyone excpet Tsubaki. Himawari gives up on going out but he is confused about everything and drama continues
C. Himawari apologises for doing this to Tsubaki, restores his memories and feelings to default. He marries Kaede and the mange ends.

The only thing that is still confusing is Himawari liking Ota.
