Same thoughts. It could have gone as simple as it did from the start: love triangle drama + looping. Probably the author doesn't know how to frame it in a way without making one character less likeable so the author keeps adding layers of complexity to distract the readers. It started fine tbh and I expected a simple bittersweet end.

Little Busters! was peak. Still kinda miffed that the anime didn't show the Yuiko route 😭
Nothing agaisnt Rin, par with Yuiko, but my puberty hit teenager ass loved Yuiko.


Also anyone who likes loops, reality bending and mystery should read THE EMPTY BOX AND ZEROTH MARIA, one of if not the best light novel series ever. Every character is peak.

Yeah, I thought it was a good idea too. In fact, even though the plot seemed to be getting too complicated, I had faith that the author was preparing something huge that would make all the confusion worthwhile.

But it probably was as you think sadly.
