Glad to see this one continuing. Mental Health as the focus of an isekai series is pretty novel, and trying to practice therapy and applied psychology in a setting that 1) doesn't even know what it is, and 2) as shown here, is "pretty far down the priority list" when it obviously proves a real need for the very people everyone's depending on, adds a lot of actual tension to a narrative that primarily involves the protagonist sitting in a chair and talking to people.
Will be interesting to see how she treats people who need actual medication and long-term intervention care. Perhaps there will be the application of actual magic down the road, and/or the employment of alchemists / apothecaries in finding in-world iterations of what she would have prescribed before.

But I do wonder if this will dovetail into others in this world learning the same practice as her, as (I guess "hopefully") she proves successful enough that she can't handle her eventual client load. Introducing therapy and cognitive psychology to an isekai world at large would be an interesting long-term form this series could take, with her work with the Hero party being the catalyst to showing just how important it could be for everyone.

Would be nice if this ends up being a longer series as in continue after the hero and meeting other people, but I doubt it, feels like its gona end up as one of those short but good series

I think after the hero party gets their own therapy, would be interesting to see high royalty in it too like kings/queens lmao
