FWIW, Dejima's "cat" isn't exactly being told "Penis" as a command — the word "chinchin" is slang for penis, but also for some reason a command you give a dog, the equivalent of "beg". This coincidence (?) leads to endless jokes when treating a person like a dog. "Sit! Hand! Cock!"
