I wouldn't count putting on her nightgown to sleep, as the context is about getting dressed, brushing her hair and making herself presentable, leaving us with the fifth time she had to dress herself now.

There might have been days in between the last time we saw her and the time she says that phrase. A story doesn't show every single day.

Fair enough, her thinking that she never slept so soundly before might be coincidence, too, although I think it is implied that this good sleep is due to her having gotten rid of the threat posed by Linus (for now, his affection might fall again).

There isn't anything indicating the passage of time either, like the montage of Linus educating her later.

I assume she's talking about her previous life since she was also neglected there and had to do everything herself.

That wouldn't fit the problems she had in chapter 2.
