as much as they tease him with the tests they already do like him enough just from the way Amamiya acts towards him and how happy she is when talking about him. They're just trying to learn more about him while also giving him a push in their own tsundere way. the oldest brother that's younger than Amamiya on the other hand will be more fun/funny

they fell off when Harema covered her from the biker. also it will be explained that she only wears them as a way to hide herself and doesnt actually need glasses to see. so at home she doesnt wear them. going forward after harema encourages and gives her a bit more confidence she ditches the glasses entirely. it is saddening as i very much like her with the glasses over not wearing them
