overall it is pretty good but the ending was disappointing

The 2 main characters are cute, great, and their relationship is handled very well. The mascot is cute AF too.

The main antagonists feel extremely incomplete despite showing a TON of potential to be interesting before the ending so it makes them feel like wasted potential. Supporting cast is pretty boring, nothing particularly interesting gets explored with any of them, so all their scenes end up feeling like a waste of time.

the implications of his research being publish aren’t really ever explored, it’s a kinda abrupt ending (although no marry grave level)

Altogether I’d say it’s worth a read for the romance. It isn’t extraordinary or anything, but it’s good enough.
