I got this mixed up with Isekai Nonbiri Sozai Saishu Seikatsu because right now it is so similar. Even down to the inn having beastmen and going for a bath right after arriving. Also collecting a bunch of herbs and using a skill that can find herbs. The main difference is the other one can find all collectables, and can only find specific items if they have been collected or seen before, where as this one seems to only have the second half of that skill. Also I am pretty sure he also overloaded the staff by bringing a bunch of materials in all at once.

So, Japanese kobolds are dog men. This is a standard thing, nothing unusual. Except... there's also civilized beast people too? Are dogs just too stupid to be civil in this setting? It's almost as weird as seeing a cat person petting a normal cat. Either way, the job change flexing was peak. It's a simple concept, yet a very satisfying one.
