@agshield Precisely, Alsha never managed to hit her. Mao's plan was probably that, for her to convert herself into pure magic so she could ride the stream all the way back to this worlds God and have a talk with him.

Mao converted herself entirely into the sword, and traveled through the holy sword to the realm of God.

This counted as the Demon Lord "disappearing from this world", and as such God's power was taken away from Alsha. Swordmaster Sis(I don't know when she planned this) went to Alsha, and enveloped him in a barrier. The barrier protected Alsha so that when God's power was taken, it wouldn't take just the power, Alsha himself would be taken as well.

....like seriously, when did they ALL decide on this? Did Fairy Elder keikaku the Sis as well?
