Holy shit. An adventure with a clear objective, and they're even sticking with it.
The MC is kinda OP with him being loved by the spirits, but he's way weak compared to his companions, which leaves a lot of rooms to avoid power creep.
And informing us, from the start, of the 3 realms, and then going to those 3 realms as fast as possible, with almost no detour.
Not like screaming "I'm going to find the One Piece" in the first chapter and then not mentioning it for like 800 chapters.
Or the MC going Super Saiyan eclipsing all other characters, then just adding a number at the end to signify a power growth.
And the fact that the 3 girls clearly like the MC, but mostly because he reminds them of their previous dead companion is genius. The MC did gain their favor through someone else's work and will have to prove himself useful.
