Must be easier to fight on heroine or drugs of equivalent strength lol. I don't think withdrawal has ever felt like anything crazy like bugs crawling under my skin. Though I did get hot flashes, cold sweats, extreme pain, power twitches causing muscle pain and tightness, headaches, lack of sleep, diarrhea and dry skin. No matter how shitty you feel don't go past marijuana and don't take meds of any sort unless its anti-inflammatory, creams, blood pressure or actual necessary drugs.
