He does, and it was clearly explained that he does. He just cannot and will not refute her words that Tarte's a normal human because she isn't. She became able to do the exceptional through vast amounts of hard work, which anyone could technically put in.

Man, I just don't want to have 1000 different manga sites on hand which have poor quality, shitty readers, and viruses galore.
It's the same reason no one uses any other game store than steam; it just has the best user/reader experience (for me at least, I cannot speak for others)
