nothing much, the main different is the fat guy actually likeable by the fanbase, though with how the chapter open, are they going to make the hero reborn by someone too or they just think the MC is bad for no reason as usual?

Based on the info till now that girl belongs to the street(at least not to Leon).
OG Leon also bought her most likely to help her, gave away something like a family treasure for that and got hated by parents, gets bullied in school, still gave her a place to live work and eat, and she WALKS AWAY with the OG protag. Even after that Leon DIES Protecting her from demon lord. BRUH. Bro had all rights to become a supervillain.
Who knows how the original story went for Leon. After all, the only requirement is to "keep her safe" from Ifrit. It doesn't have to be "make her happy".
That ifrit kinda looks like a salamander or an axolotl perhaps.
Not sure about basing a fire spirit using amphibian creatures that essentially has strong association with water though but it's kinda funny.
I guess to the artist, the model looks close enough to a "baby dragon" or something to be used. I'm just assuming tho.
