Secondly, the elite guild mentioned in this chapter is called actually "Savior Guild", not "Saber". This is a special guild that often called to save some a seeker when they were in danger.

Page 23: You may want to double check, but tree-type monsters are normally called "Treants". The only reason I recommend double checking is that "Fear Torrent" could also be its name, as it's probably meant to give fear status "in a torrent".

Again, chapter 26 only came out 2 months ago(based on rawkuma can't see the date on Nico but it's definitely past January since it's after the new year post) previous TL isn't necessarily "stacking" up chapters the manga just releases slowly.

for all those that say he should snipe it or it deserves one your all missing the point. The latest chapters namely 23 to 25.5 as i remember have been acquired by Black Wolf on requesting to Yado-Inn to takeover on reddit after they posted that they will let go translating the series. It did take long since the former dont want to release it without proofreading their work. Then the mangaka Rikizo announces that he would delay the release of the new chapters until 2023. The new chapter got only released 10th of January and the 27th chapter around March i think. In short, Black Wolf only got 2 months of delayed translation. So there's no reason for someone to snipe it and takeover
