I really hope a lot of yall aren't as merciless and unforgiving in real life as the way y'all treat fictional characters who have done bad deeds.
Like, not even talking about the actual process of redemption, y'all don't even seem to be open to the mere possibility that a human being can be redeemed after commiting a bad action/sin at all, especially when said person is brought to tears as a result of their own regrets and guilt.
She grew up as a spoiled princess, unchecked by proper parenting, given her circumstances and her upbringing, a great deal of y'all would turn out the same way. She's not old enough to even start acknowledging her biases, let alone try to change them (most people inherit their views/beliefs til the moment they go to their graves, everything we've learned from cognitive biases as far as neuroscience is concerned tells us that the word "rational" doesn't and has never applied to human beings, since our thought processes are always driven to some extent by emotion, not just "pure logic").
This poor girl just falsely admitted to being party to all the shady shit her daddy was pulling behind the strings without her knowledge, simply out of guilt for the way she's treated art all this time. I'm not saying y'all need to forgive her right now, but at least be open to the possibility of redemption. Y'all act like she just massacred hundreds of children for pure sadistic pleasure and is totally irredeemable due to some incurable psychopathy or sumn shit.
