i really hate it when in shoujo the heroine just does what her romantic interest wants her to do rather than deciding for herself

@owlette - I don't know what you are reading because that hardly ever happens. Most of the time she does what she wants and gets herself into either a misunderstanding or lie that causes problems for her with her love interest. There's nothing wrong with him NOT wanting her to do it because he seems to be aware that his brother has a thing for her.

@jak I agree with you. These girls be like everything will be okay he won’t take advantage of me. He is just a friend. Then she ends up fighting with male lead or ends up crying when she rejects the guy and realizes that she gave them false hope because she was being so passive. Or worse when the guys take advantage and kiss heroin and then she cries cause she can’t face her boyfriend because she was kissed by someone else so she feels dirty ?

@Sensiteeve27 @Jak , I agree With you both. @owlette, he didn't tell her to do anything, he just voiced his thoughts not liking her being his Brothers model, because his Brother most likely has some feelings towards the fmc. And he is fully right to do so as a boyfriend, but he said it is up to her to decide.

Awwwweeeee! But the saddest thing is- Itsuki-kun doesn’t care about his brother’s problem ?.... normally, if he doesn’t want Chitose to get involved, he could’ve stepped in, and tried to help him himself *sigh* ?
I hope Chitose is able to close the rift between the Itsuki brothers, rather than being the one widening it ??

@Sensiteeve27 & @WoodyCyber - I'm just pointing it out. It's not that I hate when that happens because I personally like the drama and the couple usually comes out stronger in the end because of it. Usually the female character is a caring and kind person, but also naive so she doesn't understand the repercussions of what she's done.

@ArpanaR - Well, it's hard to do that when he knows his big brother is going after his girlfriend.

do what feels right for YOU, Chitose! if you feel like this will help a hopeless person like Yui then do it! meanwhile, you should talk to Itsuki why this is important! Itsuki can just, idk, watch the process if he's really worried

Main guy is being toxic af right now, they haven't even confirmed their relationship yet he wants to dictate what she does? Even if they were in a relationship he's way out of line. Saying he respects her own decision but feels uncomfortable is one thing, actually telling her he doesn't want her to is another. Doesn't matter if he says it's up to her, he said it as an afterthought. Honestly a lot of this manga's characters have extremely unlikable traits. I don't care if characters are flawed, at least show some development or repercussion. I hope the following chapters are going to show some of that.
