One chapter left, sad to see it go so soon after the climax on the roof.
I guess there really isn't much more left though when the MC crossed the bridge of "I have become an unattractive loser who desires to only touch myself, I have no need for the female touch."
They could have done a bunch of dumb drama with the rich girl while having the MC try to pursue that short-haired girl while he remains unpopular due to his constant masturbation draining his biological cheat code so he could learn what it's like to establish a relationship normally- perhaps with his old GF popping up to throw a wrench in the affairs.
But since those boring things won't happen without some major time-skipping, lets hope this ends with a bang!
