@Kirin-kun @rc1138 @Nostal Even by reading it a second time I can't draw the conclusion she would want to introduce her own boyfriend. Why would her boyfriend care of he's living nearby? Why would her boyfriend ask like that for a meeting? It ought to be the sister who would introduce him at some point on her own or at least talk about it. In fact this would be quite a strange way for the dude to find out about his sister's boyfriend. No, no matter how I look at it, it has to be the sister's female friend who would like to check out the single parent brother.

@Kirin-kun Read Ch 21, I checked it before posting and she's bitter of other people's weddings and having a girl's night on Christmas . As for what would she want to introduce him to his fiance, I deduce it's because they are orphans now and he's the closest thing to a father she has, which is why her fiance wants to ask formally for her hand. I might be wrong tho, but it's really weird how some panels focus on the ring on her finger.

@Nostal you might be onto something, because she wasn't wearing the ring in chapter 21, but that she'd get a fiance so fast is quite strange. Anyway, I'm not even sure we will get an answer, since it's over next chapter.

@Nostal The way she presented it, it's not that she wants to introduce someone to her brother, it's that someone asked her to introduce them to the brother. That's why I say it's backwards if it's her fiance. How would that be especially good news for him anyway? More like neutral news.

But I guess it could also be her fiance, now that I think about it more carefully. It would just mean she's really shy about it, presenting it like that. Honestly, I don't remember that sister's character enough to even know if she's shy or outgoing in general.

The way I read it it seemed like the sister's boyfriend/fiance wants to meet her brother. In some cultures you don't introduce your boyfriend/girlfriend to your family unless you're ready to get married to them. Which is what it seems like to me here. The two are ready to get married so now the boyfriend wants to meet her family and since he lives close by it would be an easy meeting to arrange.
