the agriculture sort of made sense since Shizuko's supposed to be a farming nerd, but fiberglass armour isn't much different than being able to make the tooling to manufacture sharps carbines from having a coffee table booklet on guns and a downloaded copy of wikipedia, in pre-industrial Japan. i tuned out around then, no clue where the story's going but it'll probably be something like neo Japanese Empire with fun war crimes to tide us over

the story is just Shizuko maxxing out the tech tree, it doesn't need to be logical

I mean if that app really is a full mirror of wikipedia everything is game

I've been uploading MTL chapters with typsetting and modest edits because I love this series and Yado Inn's scanlations, and principally because, according to Yado Inn's discord as of September 2, "Shimizu is currently handling being a new father, and so has not, and will not be translating any new chapter for the immediate future."

Frankly, I've been surprised at the hate, insults, and rage the uploads have elicited. No one is being forced to read them. Nor do they make it less likely (per ^^) that the 'real' scanlators will drop the series. tbh I'm disappointed in how so many in this community have reacted badly and with such venom smh

The gun seems underwhelming so far considering the hype. I was hoping for something more accurate, like sniping the officers or maybe even Shingen himself right at the opening battle. Piercing wooden shields don't seem hard even with guns at the time.

I guess the manga wants to emphasize that these new guns can do it at longer range? Hmm, I don't know, the manga don't really portray the range difference.

Shizuko, let your gunner do their work and stop risking getting shot just for some speeches.

Hi! You upload trash, and speedscans have absolutely caused legit groups to drop titles. Somebody coming in and shitting out garbage MTL slop isn't welcome, and isn't needed. If you legitimately wanted to help Yado-inn as you lie er claim, you would have approached them to offer your services. But since the only "services" you have to offer are running stuff through Google translate and dogshit typesetting, I can imagine they aren't interested.

Looking forward to the inevitable kofi "donation to buy volumes" scam you'll be posting shortly I'm sure.

They're much too far away, their Sharps riflemen much too few at some couple hundreds, and the melee much too chaotic at that especially with the commanders duking it out themselves.
