I can't promise the manga will be the same at all as it's based on the LN version and I've only read the WN, and the two have already diverted from each other several major times, but if you want greater detail on the matter:

we just recently learned more about what she is & what her actual mission is and I'm not confident that she's able to even feel emotions on a deeper level. If her master (whoever it was) were to ever ask for physical contact there's a possibility she'd agree and treat it as satisfying her master's urges and simply let him treat her like a sex doll for it, but I think the odds of Adris ever asking that or it even crossing his mind would be incredibly miniscule.

: A fairly recent addition to the crew, has close to zero capacity for emotion and Adris feels partly responsible for her situation and is providing food for her if she helps earn her keep.
Adris himself: Hah, I'm not confident he's ever going to have a relationship at all, let alone a harem. He's too busy with his brooding time and there's only one girl he's ever loved or possibly ever will love.
I believe most / all of the people he's been hanging around with for any serious length of time are going to become his new band of mercenaries in the future rather than romantic interests. There simply is a disproportionate amount of girls present in the same way that Phoenix Wright has a lot of teenage girls hanging around his office, but some idiots will add a harem tag to anything that has more than one girl present in it at all, at this point, romantic interests or not.
