As expected, dragon lady isn't having a good time on the island. She completely ignored all the signs telling her she was in a dangerous situation.

He just said “not right now”, not “no”. And was it me or did it seem like the dragon woman backed off when she felt the size of his dong ?

The scene where she's on top of MC is just the MC and loli elf imagining it (with MC getting a nosebleed from it). Dragon lady backed off because she was feeling weak and didn't even have the strength to push him down.

Wonder if they are gonna find a way to concentrate mana and have the two of them able to make use of some of their magic? Or will this just keep reverse-isekai-ing more beings here to mix up the plot?

I was thinking that the cause of the isekai was their powers clashing so only those immediately involved would get transferred, but I suppose that doesn't explain the monsters.
