I'm of two minds of it.

1. There's nothing more salt inducing than buying an ecchi tankobon that seems like it will uncensor the HUGE BLACK BARS... and then there's nothing under it. Literally false advertisement. I welcome any attempts t correct that. And btw, the job here is very well done too.
2. In terms of Mangadex, I don't necessarily like editing more than necessary to make the manga readable in another language. It's noted here, but we all know other scan sites will yoink from here and probably not be as careful. In big cases we may have misinformation about what the manga actually has and what's a fan edit.

IDK a solution to this, but I at least wanna throw it out there to consider. "Fan edits" is too vague because the act of translation is a fan edit, as well as adding TL notes that were never here. Clearly you can't translate without some re-drawing either in some cases.

most of us probably wouldn't mind but the problem here is that we have been lied to, how can u call something uncensored when you didn't even draw the goods? and put the black bar on places absolutely not needed, heck some of us dont even care anymore if they show or not the black bar is just annoying to see, seeing it annoys people, it brings more attention to it more than necessary, it might be psychological at this point
speaking for myself, if i see bewbs uncensored i'll be like : nice bewbs, then i'm out, i wont even care about it more than 2-3sec it just feels normal to me but the black bar annoys me a lot

I'd say there are many and very diverse opinions on the situation, which is a good thing, having different points of view can help improve.
Honestly, I don't know what the best option is in this case, and I don't even know if it's worth continuing to upload these chapters. There are several problems. For starters, I'm not English, so translating from Japanese to English isn't a walk in the park (at least for me).

Furthermore, for this manga, the "uncensored" version is rather irritating, and I even paid for it, which made me nervous, since it's USELESS! Not to mention that what I've done now, even from my point of view, is rather mediocre. Unfortunately, my artistic skills are really limited, just redrawing the text on the images requires me to cry in the shower several times.

Maybe I'll do one last chapter where I'll do some sort of pooling.

• Do you want me to continue like this? (In that case I should check Mangadex's policies, in which case I could upload them to my site.)

• Do you want the pages only "uncensored"? (which I would honestly like to avoid, mostly because, as I said, the UN version have no value to me, and if I have to redraw and translate a chapter that is NOTHING DIFFERENT from the version already online, I'd definitely prefer to focus on something else.)

My personal opinion is that the edit is perfect; it just looks stupid when a character is naked 24/7 and everything is censored for no reason. A little bit of nudity isn't going to kill anyone.

But I think that, if mangadex policy doesn't allow fan edits to the main series, it might be best to host them on a different website or under a different title.
I know Tsugumomo used to have a bunch of edited chapters as alternate options for the main series, but at some point they were all obliterated and had to live on a seperate "Tsugumomo (Fan Decensored)" page and a few edited chapters were lost in the process.
