since the manga has gone into detail on things like this is the wiggling meant to be like those worms they ate before or just general "bad forest turn your insides into liquid" badness?

You're telling us that Japan or the U.S. wouldn't dissect a brand new species to find out how to use magic, or force them to breed to make more test subjects?
Yes? The plot of this story is that she can't use magic because Earth has no mana. And even if they believed that magic is real and that she's one of the few that can actually use magic there's the problem that the ability to use magic is useless on a world with no magic. Beyond this how would they even test for magic, or decide if the tests were successful?

Right now she's a teenage looking female who acts like an evil but dumb teenager who says she's over a century old. It'd take a lot convincing and corroborating witnesses for anyone to entertain the notion she can use magic and not lock her up at a mental hospital for the criminally stupid.

That you can create such a gem by putting To Love-Ru and an Outdoor Boys playlist into a blender
Hi, this is Luke from Outdoor Boys, and today, I am getting sucked offffffff!
No need to check, it certainly isn't. Water-filled tree hollows are known habitats for some of the most diverse amount of microbes, insects and more. She essentially ingested a whole ecosystem.
It's coming out! There's a galaxy in my asshole, and it's coming out!
If this gets an anime adaptation, it has to be Studio Bind who does it. I don't think any other studio can deliver on the premise here as good as they can.

Except Trigger, maybe. But I think Dungeon Meshi's an exception for them? They usually just do og stories, even in IPs that aren't theirs.
That's an interesting question. It requires a studio willing to commit to the filthy humor, while having better animation standards than the average hentai studio. Plenty of them have the quality control, but being this willing to make sex jokes is another. And that's not just the studio, it's finding a TV station and Advertisers willing to air it on whatever late-night time slot the censors will allow.

It's too bad Gainax is dead. Studio Bind, maybe, but the ecchiest thing they've done is Mushoku Tensei and the rest is more SoL comfy hug with a side of feet (looking at you, Ruri Rocks). Madhouse could do it! (High School DxD was ecchi aplenty.)Trigger could do it (Panty and stocking! Kill la Kill!) Cloverworks is a candidate- MDuD had jiggles and panties galore, one boner, and a hairless vagina. Bones, maybe. Not Kyoto Animation, they're busy making JK Moe and occasionally Nichijou/City AOTY stuff. Not Science Saru, they're busy making prestige anime like a bunch of artists.

For smaller studios, Bibury Animation could do it justice.
My best guess is that with Ana having access to more mana in this island, she might be able to cast some healing spells. Otherwise, hard to imagine how the deparasitize her so she isn't out of commission for the rest of the story.
Seriously, she's in danger of death by dehydration. If you shit that much your body won't hold water.

why she refuse to fled to japan ?
there is no magic here so they will be safe from dragon
She doesn't know that. Aside from MC, they all believe that once they get off the island(s), they will have access to mana again.

If said species were to openly attack the nation or their dead body was found out of no where then sure. But if someone who can use magic like her were to show up out of no where asking for asylum, then both of these countries would offer her protection and treat her very well in order to milk as much information as possible from her. You can gain a lot more knowledge from the living than you can from the dead, so she would probably get a nice, big mansion to permanently stay in, surrounded by walls and guards to prevent access from outside and exit from inside.

You missed the view of a news article in a previous chapter reporting that the entire planet is under attack by forces from the girl's original world. They know that magic exists, and they'll do anything to learn or counter it.

Mireia is really damned annoying.

.....Oh, that's NASTY. Goddamnit, Mireia. There is a reason why the male lead and many people are obsessed with making water safe to drink.

No, I didn't miss it. I may misremember what it said exactly because I recall it being a vague headline about otherworldly invaders. Also, thank you for reinforcing my point on why they would NOT want to kill her, since they would learn more on how to counter or use it by keeping her alive. It just occured to me that she might be viewed as a possible ally given her status, so that's another reason to not dissect her.

To be fair, I'd argue Mushoku Tensei is a pretty good example to have on your portfolio for this. Madhouse is a good thought, though—if they didn't give this the budget-anime treatment like they did Wandance, you might have a pretty good adaptation, yeah. Bit of a toss-up with them.

No. They do not. Because MAGIC DOES NOT WORK ON EARTH. So a big lizard or a bunch of green guys with axes screaming WAAAAARG!!! does not automatically mean you can cast fireball.

It is the central plot point this story hinges on, namely they could cast magic on their world and now they can't in this one because it lacks mana/magic. Which is why they can't return.

Furthermore the girl in question is the last example of her race because of that whole war of extermination her people participated in and lost and is the reason she doesn't trust humans. She'd be the first of their kind any human government would have encountered and if she claims she can cast magic spells the logical response would be to ask her to 'prove it'. Which she can't because she (and her brother) just used the last of their mana a couple chapters ago.

Compound all that with the fact that the two people responsible for the teleport storm was the dragon king and a once in a generation elf magical prodigy. The elf, the most powerful magic user in their world's history, can barely trickle charge a phone over the course of a day. So the humans in the newspaper aren't being attacked by wizards because anyone who isn't the absolute pinnacle of magical power would just be some dude in a robe and funny hat who claims he can totally cast lightning bolt but doesn't know why it isn't working right now. In short Earth is being attacked by giant pigs or snakes or whatever.

There was also literally shit wriggling in there afterwards lol. She drank some larva.
Mangaka is probably going to prove me wrong with some obscure thing but I don't know of any kind of larvae that you'd find in tree hole water that would actually cause you to have issues. Meanwhile parasites that would, wouldn't be found in such a place.

More likely it's just bacteria infection, but they did go to the trouble of drawing some wriggling things in there.

Your point is valid (and should be absolutely obvious), but I'd probably just drop it. I don't recall what it was about, but I ignored the user you replied to at some point. And I only ignore users who are just completely inscrutable while not being even half as clever as they think they are. It's not possible to even really agree to disagree with someone who ignores facts in favor of their own self-made reality, because it grants them far too much benefit of the doubt.
