From what i can understand from the description on MAL, the chapter 10 is an extra that was released some days after the chapter 9 (the last before the hiatus). The story got continued following the number 11 and so on and the said extra become the chapter 10 of the newly released volume (vol 3).

Looking at the volume 3 TOC the chapter 10 is the last one, appearing after chapters 11-13 just like any other extra would.
