Alcohol is not an excuse. If you DECIDE to go to a bar, and DECIDE to go by car, and DECIDE to drink alcohol, anything that happens later is YOUR resposibility. If you get in the car, drunk drive and kill someone, alcohol is not an excuse. Sure, you were drunk, and when drunk not in full command. Which is why you shouldn't have drunk in the first place, when you were in full command. It's that simple.

Nope. You shouldn’t be fucking on anyone who isn’t consciously consenting, ESPECIALLY if they’re the only drunk one.

Yeah... I usually draw the line at sober bonking drunk. The closest I've seen in a story to that sort of incident that I accepted involved both parties (who were essentially childhood friends and already leaning that way at the start of the story) being drunk and conceiving a kid after ending up spending a night in a hotel one time, before the guy had to run off to work overseas and ended up not finding out he had a kid until much closer to the end of the story.

It was called Que Sera, Sera. It was one of the first manhwa I read, actually. Koreans make some pretty good stories, I think, but I also enjoy my share of Japanese romance, so that's why I'm here, too. These two are cute.
