Alcohol is not an excuse. If you DECIDE to go to a bar, and DECIDE to go by car, and DECIDE to drink alcohol, anything that happens later is YOUR resposibility. If you get in the car, drunk drive and kill someone, alcohol is not an excuse. Sure, you were drunk, and when drunk not in full command. Which is why you shouldn't have drunk in the first place, when you were in full command. It's that simple.

Same here. If you're in YOUR room, YOU have invited a guy over, YOU get drunk, and YOU hit on him... he didn't trick you into drinking. He didn't drug you. And he most definitely won't "rape" you. That has "consent" written all over it in big shiny letters.
