Yep she definitely can’t taste for one reason or another, it felt pretty obvious with the tease at the end of the first chapter. Now my question is what she means by her not knowing is why she’s cute? Maybe her family or friends treated her differently when she stopped being able to taste or something idk

I’m also curious how Miho is improving her condition, almost makes me wonder if whatever her issue is was caused by some sort of mental block from some trauma when she was younger

She either cant taste or like me extremely limited taste. Btw I don't recommend losing taste it sucks. To put in perspective something sickly sweet to me might be only kinda has taste. I'm nowadays a texture guy as a result.

I hope the series doesn't get too dark tho, I love this kind of cute story where one of the deuteragonists or both overcome some obstacle in life on behalf of the other.

I'm also assuming since she's taking drugs it maybe she has a short life/ilness or is actually trans in her full sex change phase. That is if it's not related to her lack of being able to taste things. Also her way of acting is kinda Geh like she' some kind of lower yandere after her prey. Makes me feel like FMC should GTFO away lol.
