i guess it's the stereotypical 'tomboy/school prince' thing/a lot of 'transformations' like that (slightly harder to believe irl if it was like , a boy crossdressing/otokonoko or whatever but no point in thinking too hard about a two page oneshot). i'm sure it'd be sad or common for some girls just to 'date' if they go to an all girls school but end up settling down and marrying a man/having kids after they graduate
