That did got me wondering: what is the penalty for involuntary manslaughter of an unborn child in Japan, anyway?Oof he made it and was able to tell the truth about what he had done but he's got a rocky road ahead of him for quite a while
Hoping for a happy ending for him

yeah I've been eyeing on that, but I might start after catching up with this series first@n1.the.noob do you plan on doing Kaeri no Kai o Hajimemasu. ~Ijime Saiban Kaitei~ as well?
I’ve watched enough Law & Order SVU to know victim hood is a thing. Thanks!
I can imagine the officer being lenient on him after what happened but he might be socially ruined if it's on a track record anyone can look up or maybe they'll pity him as a bully victim (shame the mom couldn't stab someone who deserved it before getting arrested) , even if she wasn't pregnant I'd think poisoning someone you know has an allergy is a pretty big deal
Might be stuck with a lot of compensation fees even if he doesn't do community service or some teen rehab center for delinquents/troubled youths tho since he's also an adult after being discharged it might be hard for him to get money for bills even if he's allowed to stay in the house tho hopefully the dad doesn't turn into a full on deadbeat after finding out about the moms arrest
I mean, he's not actually like the other culprits, he was made to do that when the rest of them decided to go thru with thatThanks for the chapter. Im glad at least one of them was smart enough to fess up.
Also im glad that the ones that are left seem genuinely pressed, i was afraid they were gonna "all according to keikaku" the whole husband moving thing
