Lol that gag at the end made it. I'm a bit annoyed that nothing was properly addressed in the story and it just went the easy way and did a time-skip, but I did have a lot of fun with this series over the years.

I'm surprised that they actually got married at all. Was it a secret marriage? I just don't see them ever revealing their relationship. (Wish I saw the other guy teacher - not the doctor - one last time after the wedding though)

when I saw the afterword, I was like “okay, I’ll be waiting for Sensei Lock-on 3rd”
then it ends, just like that, and now I’m like “okay, time to move on”

Too much time skip lol

The son's first word is Sensei 🤣

I'm somewhat satisfied with the happy ending, but maybe a bit more of those 2 lovedy dovey won't hurt.

THANK GOD THERE WAS AN AFTERCREDITS

Would’ve been so disappointing if not lol
Would’ve liked to see the other teachers reactions tho because supposedly her not coming out with their relationship was because of her image. Unless she did the cowardly thing and quit before marriage or something

Anyway yay they have a baby

I honestly think the author introducing the """""rival""""" character is why this ended so quickly, from the moment he got introduced you could almost feel the nosedive in quality and goodwill from fans.
And then even when he got called out for being a POS, he just doubled down on it but she STILL didn't do anything.

Maybe the author was honestly just trying to sabotage his own work? I can't imagine he didn't get dozens of editors and fan letters telling him that the doctor was a terrible character.

i wasnt expecting the end so abruptly ... but i guess it works ... more guys flying around sensei was getting annoying... its almost like this was becoming a reverse harem somehow...

The school doctor never stopped being annoying, but at least it was a happy ending. Thanks for the translation!

Did they announced the closure in the chapters before? Can’t remember...

Well, another ending for me today. Still, this was probably more welcome because in Saotome Senshu there was more that could have been narrated; here, considering the various problems with the rivals (that fuc*ing doctor didn’t stop even during their wedding, ffs!), I feel that it was already too stretched.
Glad we have the last panels where at least we can see a little bit of their married life and that they have a child.

All in all, not really good but not bad either.

Well, that's over. At least they got married and had a kid.

That was barely an ending. It just stopped. Sensei finally had an opportunity to stand up for herself and reject someone, and just didn't. It wasn't even the guy who stepped in, it was the least important character it could've been.
The broad strokes over their marriage and kid was fine, the relationship itself wasn't the focus of the story, it was them dealing with the relationship in regards to other people. Which never happened. There was no conclusion on the dilemma of their age difference. Sensei never stopped being a door mat. The guy didn't mature at all. And the nurse stayed a scum bag and got no comeuppance.
It feels like the author just lost track of things and dragged it out until the series got cancelled and had to be wrapped up in a hand full of chapters.

Also, why the hell did they invite the shitty nurse to their wedding?
