What MC is doing is really jeopardizing her career. What if other teacher found out about the hickey? Kurokawa sensei was lenient enough to only told him off. Other teachers who are less than kind would have reported this to the principal and her career as a teacher would be over.

Getting into a relationship with a minor is a huge offense no matter where you are, that's why Rinko sensei is so hesitant to enter a proper relationship or even get a little physical.

Teachers who get into sexual relationships with minor are jailed, those that don't make it to the news such as teachers who are found out to have relationships with students are usually transferred "for unknown reason" or dismissed from teaching entirely. Also I'm talking about the situation at hand in a neutral stance here. I enjoy the taboo relationship and am curious about the story, but if you think they are doing something as "acceptable and not wrong" then sorry, you're in the minority in real life society.
