@lightingcloud it only appears in the Follow tab because you turned the setting "Unavailable Chapters" to "Show (For tracking purposes)". Therefore, it is simply your fault.

If you wish to turn this setting off: First, click the gear in the top right corner. Second, click "More Settings". Third, scroll down to the aforementioned "Unavailable Chapters" and change it to "Hide".

In the end, while it does suck that the first upload by any user must be manually approved, it does keep bot accounts from quickly being made and utilized to spam chapters.
