Just be honest about what the story's main focus really is, don't go tricking viewers into thinking that the story is about healing the wounded.

I know it's the point of the story but teens dealing with it aside, it'd be interesting to see if the next arc featured like some middle aged salaryman coping with life too (tho i guess it's called sensitive BOY and not sensitive man so who knows, since trauma can happen at any age, maybe one plot point would be him getting less pity since 'he's an adult, you should be able to cope with it' versus something 'horrible' happening to someone underage)
