Nah, fuck that. The way she acted in front of him compared to how she was acting while alone are completely different. If she didn't want the 'baggage', she would have stopped him in his tracks and not had him finish the story and then left him.

I think it is easy to paint Tsubasa as a horrible person, Her actions are quite revolting, yet she IS a teenager experiencing HER first attempt at a relationship.
Everyone had their first steps into sentimental relationships tainted by personal delusions of what an "ideal" romance is, and everyone had their expectations not fulfilled, it's a normal step for teenagers to take, so they can develop into healthy adults.
Put yourself in her shoes, not as an adult, but as a teenager having their first partner, she just found out that His boyfriend was sexually abused, that's a lot to dump on a teenager.
"But she asked for the full story, she could've told him to stop", yes she asked, she felt she had to listen to him as his girlfriend, but she couldn't tell him to stop, telling a SA victim that you don't want to hear their story when they're exposing a very weak and vulnerable part of them to you is REALLY REALLY hard, it should be done very tactfully so the victim doesn't feel rejected or disgusted, something out of reach for a teenager.
It's not that she is just a bad person, you can see her internal struggles between her beliefs, what society's discourse on gender roles and expectations have told her all these years, her feelings for Kaede and her empathy, small spoiler, the reason why she puked is that she found herself revolting.

You allude to future chapters, You said you read the spoilers, however, there are things that are not covered there. To start the next chapter focuses on her idea of relationships being shattered. We are shown that from a young age, she didn't really think much of sex, She had a sex ed class in elementary school but it was just another class to her, she was taught by her Mom that anything related to sex was "vulgar and dumb", a bad thing. The next morning she starts seeing everyone in a different light, realizing that even her mother had to have sex for her to be born, and wondering if their friends have had sex with their boyfriends, this is something very uncomfortable to her because it doesn't fit with what she knows and is terrified that it is expected of her to do the same, to do a "bad thing". She didn't think ahead of a cute and innocent romance because only bad people do bad and gross things such as having sex. And all this time she is distressed yet wanting to accept and understand Kaede.
When she meets Kaede she admits she still has feelings for him, She still thinks that he is an amazing person, but when she is touched by him her body rejects him and runs off crying, not because she found Kaede disgusting, but because she is genuinely in shock that she reacted like that.

Even in future chapters, she is still trying to come to terms with what she did, her feelings for Kaede and how she hurt him. This is a teenager we're talking about, what she did was wrong, but you can't toss aside a person who did a mistake, especially not one who is shown to be repentant and willing to learn from its mistakes.

Oh god I feel like I need to cook a crazy ass counter to this chapter because THERE IT IS, what everyone was waiting for, the FMC finally cracked, However This is so much to be expected as a issue, it's such a huge issue and holy fuck it was displayed almost perfectly here.

These thoughts im sure so many people have had and in this type of way, it doesn't even have to be in the case of a sexual assault, Most people feel disgusted that someone has been with someone and as a teenager, something THAT deep is such a crazy ass turnoff it makes so much sense. now let me defend tsubasa-chan with my SOUL.

SHE IS A TEENAGER, they both are teenagers, the teacher said it best, This is not something people can handle normally, and tsubasa did not expect anything like this, and she definitely didn't expect it to be this bad. You can not blame her in any way if she decides she can't deal and decides to nope out, she has been very caring and as said broad minded about kaede reading it so far. A point that should also be noted is that, This happened at night once tsubasa is in bed, Things usually never seem too crazy off the start and once you are alone with nothing but your thoughts they start to wonder, How can men be SA'd? wouldn't kaede be stronger? wouldn't he be able to scream or escape? kaede is unclean, kaede has baggage, kaede said she was pretty<kaede must've liked her before the assault<kaede must have enjoyed what happened. even if in the end the thoughts are diffused, it drives your emotions a certain way and in her case the exact way her thoughts were leading is where she went, Kaede has baggage What she does with that does not make her a bad person.

TL;DR: kaede is a Japanese teenager bro this reaction is expected.
