Tsubasa reminds me of those hardcore religious' Christians who go about the crap of "waiting until marriage" and say that sexual things are only meant for "creating a family" rather some actions come fun to malicious actions (to Seto and Aya's case)

I am pretty sure rape victims are seen as victims which is what mc is. In my experience it seems like most people usually punish the perpetrator but islamic areas tend to punish the victims to.

There is a nuance as there are bad actors everywhere. Problem is that sometimes people tend to jump the boot without all the information and they end up blaming the victim for "wearing provocative clothing", or even for leading the perpetrator on. Similarly, the opposite also happens where an innocent is blamed when the interaction was consensual.
Both instances still occur though yes, it is commonly accepted that victims should not be blamed, they are victims.

Trauma by its very definition means an experience in your past that was out of your control and caused substantial physical and/or psychological harm. How does her forming her own twisted opinions due to being immature and living a sheltered life even remotely qualify as trauma? We've seen no indication that these beliefs were formed from a particular traumatic experience, like her witnessing her parents have sex, which could be potentially traumatic for a child.

It seems to me like you're trying to make the perpetrator out to be also the victim here, when really the only defense she has is that she's a young teenager. That doesn't mean she shouldn't be made to seen the error in her ways though.
