It's insane that all this happened and it's just the first chapter of 15th (last?) volume. Mature Zoe is pretty nice.

It's clear that without Akira, there's no way for the Empire's forces to overturn this battle, still, I feel there's a card yet to be played. Or maybe not, both the pope/pontiff and the emperor appear very indifferent, or at least accepting of whatever outcome that may come. I wonder what will become of Kayano though, after getting her pov and accompanying her through her arc makes it very dreadful to expect her die...

The space in between is nice because it works for manga (panels), reality (space time) and eventually in frames (animation)

It may sound complicated... I think Zoe basically found a glitch in how her power works and is using time that "technically" has already passed, but as she didn't "live" through that time, it stayed with her.

Man... this story has been a blast from start to finish.

The Pope still has a trick up his sleeve, one strong enough that he thought it was necessary to use against Akira, but he still hesitated because he wanted to guard it for dealing with Lucas.

The whole fight is so trippy, i dont even know how theyre gonna animate it.
