This would be good so you don't get spoiled by tags (just saw a tragedy tag and the thought came to mind). If you include this, I would recommend putting it on all manga pages, not just ones with spoiler tags so it isn't obvious and the reader doesn't expect something to happen (mainly no expectation so more impact). Having this would also open up tags to be more specific if people want it (like character deaths, stuff like that). By separate I mean in the tags area just have like a clickable "Spoiler Tags" button or link that shows/hides tags that are flagged as spoilers. Have the spoiler tags hidden by default after every page refresh, of course.
You can even implement in a way that allows users to flag their own set of tags so they only get shown if the user explicitly clicks them on the manga page so staff doesn't have to decide these things. If you do it this way, I would definitely recommend having the tag list or a link to the tag list on the same page area. This could even encourage people to explore more stuff by introducing them to tags they might not have known about. Can also add in a "hide all tags" options so users that like to go in as blind as possible are acknowledged. This is all just food for thought, staff appointed spoiler tags can work as well and would possibly be less resource intensive.
Main purpose though is to make sure the impact of certain genres isn't compromised. Getting spoiled because you looked it up is a very different feeling to getting spoiled without expecting it. Thanks for all the work you guys do!
