Block user in main site should hide comments too

I've recently become aware that blocking a user on the main site does not block their comments in chapters or posts in the main feed. While this could be a situation where "don't like, don't read" applies, the current configuration of the comment popups means that an ill-intentioned troll can (and does) effectively force every single user to read their post every single time ordinary readers want to read comments--the volume of comments is simply not enough to keep a post anywhere but front and center.

And if such posts were to, say, include particularly distasteful pro-CP comments that staff chooses not to moderate (really, never seen such a quick report refusal before) there is a heavy risk of a) reader disengagement by avoidance, and b) undue attention by...interested third parties.

I'm guessing hiding comments is one of those things that's scheduled to be implemented (I didn't see it in the bug tracker or announcements threads) but I would like it to be prioritized given that the current system is being abused. An alternative would be stricter enforcement of Rule #1 to regulate such overt abuse, but I don't see MD taking those steps.
