The second personality did it to protect main personality. Yes, 2nd personality enjoys killing, but so does Silkie.

Again, I'm not saying that Silkie is making the right choice. (She isn't.) Rather, she's making the choice that she wants to make. It's not surprising that she's sympathetic to someone who doesn't want to kill, but is forced by circumstances to let loose their inner murder-demon.

Remember Silkie's previous self wanted to die, to be erased. She only got reincarnated in this way because the god wants to use her as a murder hobo.

problem is.. how does she kill the 2nd personality and also, does Zombie girl realize the damage the 2nd personality does? and does she feel bad for that, because even if Silkie kills 2nd personality it would take the only friend and mental support of Zombie girl and that would make her break anyway (in the best way and it would be too fluffy 2nd personality lets herself get kill and Silkie brings her to the orphanage and somehow they take her powers, that would be over the top though)

The main point here (see chapter 24) is that Yui is not a bad person. Yui just wants friends, and isn't malicious. And even Zombie (the virus that's occupying Yui) isn't out to kill people -- it's only goal is to protect Yui. So if Yui was in a place where she was accepted and taken care of, then neither she nor the virus would do anything malevolent. (Especially if Yui is willing to hold Zombie back, which Yui might do if she feels protected by someone else.)

Silkie is only allowing herself to kill bad people -- and neither Yui nor Zombie are bad.

Silkie's sister wants Silkie to kill Yui while knowing that Yui is not bad. Which would break Silkie's current resolve and bring her back to just plain "murderer" status. Silkie is rejecting that.
