Given how this manga works, I assume this guy's just going to come in, drink some tea, and share some embarrassing anecdotes about the main character's college days with Senko, then everyone will get caught in some mildly humorous misunderstanding about what Senko's place in the MC's life is when he shows up at the end of the day.

And, while it's short notice, it does look like the guy texted the MC to let him know he was coming, but the MC missed it while he was fast asleep or working hard.
