I think he was reincarnated through the blood of his relatives. So he could be the greatx5 grandchild of his sister or something. They share the same blood though it's not his direct bloodline.

@Anrhaa Yeah, they never showed him dying immediately, and it only takes a few minutes to nut, and Senko and Nakano never had anything official, and are different species, so for the sake of the bloodline, Senko let him have a few minutes alone with his assistant. Which would make Jasko Nakano's 40+ cousin.

I could imagine if Senko ever has to leave permanently, or can't bear normal human children, and wants Nakano to continue a normal mortal human bloodline, she would let Jasko be a surrogate, or judging by her reaction thinking they were on an adulterous date, she may even encourage them to get married as his second (or technically first) wife.

@unknownfactor It looks like Nakano The First sealed the monster. So, if he dies, the seal would break and the calamity can roam free again. I mean, I doubt the fox would just curse his friend's entire bloodline for lols
