This chapter felt like an entire anime episode. That, or because my brain has been getting slower and slower.
It's night, and I've been reading this manga and commenting like a maniac for the past 16 hours while on sick leave.
I suppose Akutsu-san's icon of justice still prevailed despite her suspicions and protectiveness being broken by the initial brainwashing. Plus, her highly analytical take on dungeon exploration is refreshing and a little bit inspiring. How tf did I not think of asking questions like that?
Oh.. maybe because of all the s*x and drama.
I keep forgetting how clever she is. Her antics, after all, were enough of a thorn on Saino's plans that it influenced his thoughts and actions to be more responsible.
His ordeal now turned from "I gotta f*ck these girls without anybody else knowing", to "I gotta take care of these four girls while we work on completing this dungeon. Okay, meeting's over, I better be a rizzler and survive the barrage of s*x I threw myself into."
Anyway, I like the tidbits of personality I saw from their self-introductions. Sensei is jacked but a maiden at heart. Natsuno is cute and bubbly, but a bottom and closet BDSM fanatic. Akutsu is playful and comfy with her curviness, while also possessing an analytical (and pretty sadistic) mindset. And Fuyushima is cold and pretty, yet seems to be the most pure-hearted one in a quiet kind of way. That magazine of Enishi's was impressive.
And it's interesting how the idea of "comparison" can feel either good or bad depending on its interpretation. You can use it to demean a person by framing them as less desirable, sure... but I like to see the word as going the extra mile to notice the subtlest features.
Curves are Scrumptious. Medium is Premium. Flat? Nothing better than that.
A squishy waist. A slender figure. A difference in tightness, or even the distribution of the wall's folds.
Be it the way she pats Saino's head, or craves for his headpats.. Perhaps on them liking a confident mature attitude mixed with an occasionally flustered genuine expression, and their willingness to be an asset in dungeoning activities.
It's a tribute to their individual charms. I know. Rainbow vomit, but yea
Saino seems like he needs this attention to detail especially for maintaining a healthy harem. No wonder Fuyushima noticed him comparing the girls so much that it stuck to her mind
