The realistic and sad part is that the common masses around the world really do think they should shut up and get step all over by their "higher ups". Seriously, I don't like Mao's communism, but people really should take a page from it, especially the part about how to (literally) drag out your overlords from their ivory towers. But I guess peasants will always be peasants.

@IMACOP Except Mao was the one in the ivory tower when he launched 100 Flowers, Great Leap Forward and most importantly the Cultural Revolution. There's a good reason why even the CPC doesn't call themselves maoist anymore. Mao has very little of any worth in the domain of actually running a country. Military wise is another story but his domestic policies were absolutely nothing to emulate or follow.

More on topic, Japan's work culture is extremely short sighted and is one of the reasons why their fertility rate is so low. TL says its improved but it's still a significant problem. No chance of it changing though with their absolute cartel of an economic structure they have.

But let me be clearer; I'm talking about the masses banding together and taking to task the exploitative bastards up high on top. Not about how wonderfully fabulously great communism is, not about how amazingly gloriously saintly Mao with wisdom as deep as the yangtze river and heart as big as the... just in case it'll make another clean flyover, I'll highlight this: The last part is sarcasm.
