now that the book is out, for those wondering what kind of corrections were done from the free version, it was mostly panels placement changes (change position of them or make some of them larger or change them to a new page, so the book have more pages), but there is no changes in dialogues or the story and not all chapters were corrected, and this still end with chapter 22 and the bonus is like 4 or 5 pages lol , this is the table of contents , and here some example of the changes done, other than the obvious font change, from the last page of chapter 3 (chapter 1 and 2 is the same), original and book version 1st part and 2nd part same dialogue, but divided in 2 pages instead.

and afaik the free version (pixiv, twitter) was the serialization version too, and was published in nicoseiga and taken by bookwalker (kadokawa) (you can check the tags in the nicoseiga page and mangaupdates too i guess) more specific the red tag which is the serialization tag, https://seiga.nicovideo.jp/comic/38174

I think the point where it ended is good because the author realized he couldn't do much more with an MC that is too boring. You can notice it because they switched to the succubus' point of view rather than keeping it focused on his nightly encounters.
