I, too, was confused about that. First she was holding chopsticks and then a pen out of nowhere.

They're still eating so I don't think she's signing the receipt yet. Checking it again, she used the fountain pen to write down their next totally not a date, and later, in her confusion, she mistook the pen for chopsticks I guess?

Considering how Kurokawa used to be so afraid of Reina, it's nice that they've opened up and become so friendly.
