Nitpicking final boss. Why don't you explain what the big "term change" is in those two panels you showed.

One is talking about the fact that she went straight to a managerial position, and it was also implied that she wouldn't know a lot about how it is like to go from the bottom to the top of the hierarchy. The second panel is about how even though she has no practical experience before her upper management job, she still sympathises with her employees.

Thank you for committing time and effort to this series until now and I apologize for being complicit in the misunderstanding in a prior chapter when your group took up this series.

Ethical scanlations should be a “try before you buy” system so I look forward to continuing to read this on mangadex for as long as possible and buying physical volumes when available now that it’s been licensed in English, and I’m grateful for neither group trying to ask for money or something.
