Well there's a lot of sauces that go with fried chicken. Barbeque, Honey Mustard, Buffalo, Garlic-Parmesan, Honey-Lemon, Ranch Dressing. I like a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. And if the chicken doesn't suck, the seasoning in the batter alone is tasty.

Mayonnaise is disgusting 100% of the time, though. #TeamAntiMayo.

Well, she's talking about Japanese mayo, or Kewpie, which is very different from the mayo most people in the West are used to, both in flavor and texture.

I totally understand the mayo hate, but yall gotta realize that both the default mayo and the default fried chicken are different in Japan, so it works better. Still, if I wanted a sauce I'd personally go for a nice honey garlic or maybe lemon pepper.
