I don't think she suspects anything. Not yet. And according to her reactions this chapter and at least as far as she is concerned, she is in love with two different man. It would be better for that plot to be at least sorted out first because she started to get jealous of the day time ishizumi. Now she looks like she is trying to juggle two guys (at least emotionally) at the same time which raises some eyebrows.

Well, the matchmaking this woman does is basically the modern evolution of that tradition, except instead of being entirely arranged by parents, today it's completely voluntary (that said, matchmaking itself isn't exactly new, even in the West).

The practice has grown quite a lot in recent years, which is why so many agencies have popped up.

Traditional ('black hat') Orthodox Jew also use matchmakers if they are still single past their20's.
(before that, their married friends set them up on blind dates)

I am not emotionally prepared for another woman coming into this mix. I would honestly rather not have it. The JK coworker is plenty and now that boss is more sociable there are all these women from the office milling about. That business trip was nice but I want more development with Ishizumi, though I imagine some jealously will push her to make a sober-ish realization.

To be fair, Japanese mayo tastes different than Western mayo, and by fried chicken, it seems like they mean Kaarage, which is a bit more like super nuggies.
